A CE certification is available for selected machines. Certification scope depends on the machine configuration and customer requirements. Please contact us with the model and target market so we can confirm the applicable CE documentation.

Q Which languages are available in the machine control system?
A The standard control interface supports Chinese and English. Other languages may be available for customized projects. Please confirm your language requirements before ordering.

Q How are the machines packed for international shipment?
A Most machines are packed in export-grade plywood cases with internal protective materials. Small units may be packed in reinforced cartons, while large systems may be partially disassembled for safe transportation. The final packing method is confirmed before shipment.

Q What trade terms do you offer?
A We commonly offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms. Other Incoterms may be available by agreement. Shipping costs, insurance, customs duties and local taxes will be clearly confirmed in the quotation or sales contract.

Q What is the warranty period for your testing machines?
A Our standard warranty period is 12 months, subject to the sales contract. It covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Consumable parts and damage caused by improper operation are excluded.

Q Is on-site installation required after delivery?
A Most machines are shipped as complete units and require only basic setup. Larger customized systems may require assembly or commissioning. We provide operating instructions, videos and remote guidance, and on-site service can be arranged when agreed in the project scope.

Q What after-sales support and training do you provide?
A We provide operating manuals, training videos, remote setup assistance and troubleshooting support. Optional on-site training may be arranged depending on the project and location. Spare parts and calibration support are also available according to the equipment configuration.
