Product Overview

         The 2-station puff counter is a device specifically designed for measuring the suction resistance of finished electronic cigarettes with a puff button. It is widely used in the field of electronic cigarette production quality control and inspection. This machine simulates the principle of manual smoking through piston suction, enabling precise measurement of suction resistance. The specific operation process is as follows: First, fix the electronic cigarette to be tested on the product fixture. The puff thumb cylinder above the fixture will actuate to trigger the electronic cigarette's puff button. At this point, the piston in the device simulates the action of manual smoking and inhales air into the electronic cigarette at a fixed flow rate (e.g., 17.5ml/s). During this process, a certain vacuum pressure, or suction resistance, will be generated at the inhalation end of the electronic cigarette. The tester measures this pressure in real time, which represents the real-time suction resistance. In this way, the suction resistance characteristics of the electronic cigarette can be accurately measured.
