The 3-Axis 5-Head Automatic Filling Machine is specifically designed for high-precision e-liquid filling in disposable vape and vape cartridge production lines. Powered by stepper motors and a PLC control system, the machine utilizes precision metering pumps to deliver accurate and consistent liquid dosing.
During operation, vape devices are placed into custom fixtures mounted on the machine tray. The filling needles, positioned above the work area, are driven by X, Y, and Z-axis motion systems to accurately align with each product. Once the needles reach the programmed filling depth, the e-liquid is dispensed with high precision. After filling, the needles automatically retract to a safe height while the tray indexes to the next position. This cycle repeats until all products are filled.
