5 Station Scooter Production Line Aging Testing Machine Footboard Load Speed and Foot Switch for End-of-Line Quality Verification

The Electric Scooter Footboard Load and Functional Testing Machine is designed to verify the operational performance, load-bearing capability, speed response, and foot switch functionality of electric scooters before shipment.

The system simulates rider weight on the scooter deck while automatically testing vehicle speed and foot-start activation performance. Controlled by a PLC and touchscreen interface, the machine allows operators to preset testing time, loading conditions, and foot switch activation frequency.

After testing, the system automatically evaluates the results and provides a clear PASS/FAIL indication through visual status lights, improving inspection efficiency and ensuring product consistency.

The equipment is ideal for production line quality control, end-of-line inspection, product validation, and R&D testing.
