The Bicycle Crank Pedaling Fatigue Testing Machine is specifically designed to evaluate the fatigue strength and durability of bicycle cranksets under repeated pedaling loads. The system complies with EN 15194, ISO 4210, EN 14781, EN 14766, EN 14764, as well as multiple international bicycle testing standards including CNS, JIS, DIN, NF, CPSC, CSA, AS, and BS.
The machine simulates real-world pedaling conditions by applying alternating cyclic loads to both crank arms through two servo-controlled electric actuators. The loading position, force magnitude, frequency, and cycle count are precisely controlled, enabling manufacturers to verify crankset reliability, structural integrity, and fatigue life before market release.
The equipment supports all crank configurations specified in ISO 4210 and EN 15194 fatigue testing requirements and is suitable for conventional bicycles, mountain bikes, road bikes, city bicycles, and electric bicycles.
