The 8-station precision smoke machine is primarily used for testing electronic cigarettes and e-liquids. By setting the corresponding smoking duration, smoking volume, and smoking times, the electronic cigarette to be tested is then fixed on the holder. The cigarette-lighting thumb cylinder on the holder activates the electronic cigarette's lighting button. At this point, the piston in the device simulates manual smoking action and inhales air into the electronic cigarette at a set flow rate. After smoking, smoke analysis is conducted on the gas collection bottle or filter to determine whether the electronic cigarette is qualified. This machine meets the standard smoking conditions for electronic cigarettes as specified in the electronic cigarette testing standard GB41700-2022.
