Bicycle frame dynamic fatigue testing applies repeated, controlled pedal loads to verify long-term frame strength. It is used for conventional and electric bicycle development under ISO 4210 and EN 15194 programs.

How Does It Work?

The frame is mounted in a rigid fixture and two servo electric cylinders apply synchronized cyclic loads at the pedal positions. Closed-loop force control keeps the waveform stable and automatically monitors failure.
