SIMULATED TRANSPORT VIBRATION TABLE
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The simulated transport vibration table is designed to reproduce the vibration and repeated bumps experienced by products and packages during road transportation. It helps evaluate packaging protection, structural reliability and fastening performance before shipment. The rotary vibration system provides adjustable test frequency and simulated vehicle speed for repeatable quality-control testing.
KEY FEATURES
• Rotary vibration motion, commonly known as race-track vibration
• Adjustable frequency for different transport conditions
• Maximum test load of 100 kg
• Suitable for product structure and packaging reliability evaluation
• Applicable to electronics, appliances, toys, hardware, instruments and industrial packages
• Designed with reference to EN 71, ANSI, UL, ASTM and ISTA test practices
