FH-LTZX01
Feihong
The FH-LTZX01 Wheelset & Drivetrain Durability Testing Machine is a comprehensive laboratory testing platform designed for bicycle wheelsets, hubs, drivetrain systems, and disc brake assemblies.
The system combines wheel endurance testing, chain-driven riding simulation, climbing resistance simulation, hub torque testing, disc brake performance evaluation, wheel lateral runout measurement, and wheel wobble durability testing into one integrated platform.
Using a servo motor-driven chainring system and programmable roller loading, the equipment accurately reproduces real-world cycling conditions including acceleration, climbing, braking, lateral leaning, rough-road impacts, and long-distance riding fatigue. Real-time sensors continuously monitor wheel speed, torque, mileage, brake force, temperature, and wheel displacement to ensure precise performance evaluation.
The machine is ideal for bicycle manufacturers, wheelset suppliers, hub manufacturers, brake system developers, R&D laboratories, and certification testing facilities.
