Every successful delivery begins long before the truck leaves the factory. On August 18, the Feihong Instruments team prepared a large industrial testing system for shipment, completing the final handling and loading work with the same care that goes into building the equipment.
The video shows the equipment secured with multiple layers of protective stretch film. Key surfaces, the structural frame and the enclosed working area are covered to help protect the machine from dust, moisture and accidental scratches during handling and transportation.
Because the system has a tall frame and a large footprint, stable lifting and balanced positioning are especially important. Our team uses suitable forklift support points and coordinated movements to transfer the equipment safely onto the truck.
Before delivery, our workflow typically includes equipment assembly review, functional checks, appearance inspection, accessory verification and packing confirmation.
