The 2-Station Vape Puff Counter and Draw Resistance Tester is specifically designed for measuring the airflow resistance and puff performance of button-activated electronic cigarettes. Widely used in vape manufacturing, quality control, and product inspection, the machine accurately simulates real user inhalation through a piston-driven puffing system.
During testing, the vape device is secured in an adjustable fixture. A dedicated pneumatic thumb cylinder automatically presses the firing button, activating the device. The piston system then draws air through the product at a programmable flow rate (such as 17.5 ml/s), creating a vacuum pressure that represents the device's draw resistance. The system continuously monitors and records this pressure to evaluate product performance and consistency.
The machine can also detect aerosol generation, measure optional vapor concentration, record puff counts, and automatically determine pass/fail status according to preset quality standards.
